Just to add an additional, alternative should you want it. You can set Windows Speech Recognition (or Microsoft Speech Recognition) to start-up automatically every time you load your computer if you want. To do this:

Start Menu | Control Panel | Speech Recognition | Advanced Speech Options |

Then under "User Settings," make sure that the 'Run Speech Recognition at start-up' & 'Enable voice activation' boxes are checked. Then finally, do not forget to click 'Apply' and 'OK.'
