Thanks to KB and a lot of research, I was able to make a macro that makes a copy of all my user profile to backup it on a NAS.

I use a vocabulary ("Topic") for medical reports, another one for emails and another one to dictate in patient record.

The profile for medical report on one of my computers has gotten very good. So I'd like to transplant it into others computer, since they are less well trained for that task.

I put a screen copy of my user files directory.

The topic is RM_ACT abd RM_ACT_container

Is ti enough to paste these 2 folders into my other computers ? WIll it corrupt my other DMPE installs ? Do I need to import other files in order to work ?

You could go with Nuance's official recommendation by clicking Settings/Profile/Manage User Profile/Advanced/Export or go old school by copying your ~ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Nuance\NS15\Users\[your username] folder and pasting it into the same address on your other computers.

Yep, I already did it for my whole profile and it worked. But here I'd like to "transplant" just a prt of it not all.

My situation is as followed :

  1. I have EMR voc and medical report vocabulary on both my home and office computers.
  2. EMR voc is mostly trained at office, because i dictate after each consultation

medical report voc is motly trained at home, because I can group this task in place where I'm more relaxed

But :

  1. sometimes I dictate in EMR at home, but it's seldom, so I'd like to benefit from my profile's office EMR voc@home
  2. sometimes I dictate medical reports in office, but it's seldom, so I'd like to benefit from my profile's home medical report voc@office
Is it possible to do it specifically ?

Wouldn't Tools/Vocabulary Center/Manage Vocabularies/Export & Import work?

I would think so, Lunis. I have DPG 15.5 but all the professional vers prior to that also had a "Manage Vocabularies" dialog. For me it is under Tools, Vocabulary Center, and Manage Vocabularies... where you can export or import whole vocabulary topics apart from a specific user profile.
