Help, I'm about to return the computer...It shows the display windows for dragon as truncated or cut off on the right side. Also, the voice training doesn't work.

Welcome to the World’s Most Popular Speech Recognition Forum
Abbreviated questions typically receive abbreviated answers. There's no such thing as too much information on a forum. You can help us with this question by supplying as much information as possible including what you have already tried. As we recall from our earlier phone conversation, you have already double checked your screen resolution and it is set to 100% (default). Please also let us know if you have tried different screen resolutions. Increasing your screen resolution to a higher number will allow you to view more information and may permit the NaturallySpeaking menus and various boxes to fully appear. Have you changed any other Windows default settings such as your text size (DPI). On some computers you can get away with making changes but on others, you pretty much have to set everything to the default in order to use the Dragon menus. -------------------------

Thank you, Lunis! I ended up with 1600 x 900 resolution and make text medium (choices of small, med or large) with all other settings default and it finally worked! You're the best!!!
