My VXI USB microphone is allegedly not supported in 64 bits. Which of the ones you market at the store function in Win 7 64 bits?
Thx

Jorge,
Your VXI USB microphone could care less whether you're using Windows 7 32 bit or Windows 7 64-bit. The version of Windows that you're using is irrelevant in terms of microphones. The only thing that is dependent on the version of Windows that you're using (32 bit or 64-bit) is Dragon NaturallySpeaking itself. That is, you need either DNS 10.1 or DNS 11-11.5 if you're using Windows 7 64-bit. Otherwise your microphone should work just fine because microphones/soundcards are not dependent on whether you're using a 32 bit or 64-bit version of Windows. Thanks for your reply Chuck. Here is the reason I inquired... |

The VXI TalkPro USB 100 headset has been discontinued for quite a while and we no longer have 1 available to test but we can think of no reason why it wouldn't work. We guarantee that every microphone and soundcard on our website works in Windows 98SE (even though newer versions of NaturallySpeaking won't) through Windows 7 64-bit and all will almost assuredly work in Windows 8.
