I am purchasing new Airline 77 w/ KB plus pak and ANC USB sound pod.  Do I need to separately purchase any cabling to connect to my laptop?

the normal packaging for the Samson Airline77 includes a cable that has an adapter for your PC on one end. Therefore you do not need to purchase additional cable in order to use the base station. However, some folks have problems with this adapter not making a full connection. I strongly recommend purchasing an XLR to 3.5 mm PC pin plug cable. This optional cable provide more mechanical stability of the connection between the Airline77 base station the computer. While theoretically this cable may have improved signal qualities, the only reason that I use it is the Physical reliability the connection between the Airline77 base station and the computer.
