I'm interested in using the DNS app for the iPhone.  Of course, when I'm out and about, I'm in a noisy environment.  Any recommendations on a bluetooth or wired mic for the iPhone 4S to use with DNS and Siri?

 Thanks,

Rob

Any standard dual plug analog microphone, such as theBoom “V4” or perhaps a good noise canceling microphone that you already own, should work fine if you add a iPhone/iPad adapter.

We like Lunis's idea.

Here is another approach.

We've just introduced 2 new noise cancelling microphones for the iPhone and iPad to be able to get the best out of applications such as Siri, Dragon Dictation, Dragon Search and Skype etc even in noisy environments. They have small form - factor iPhone adapters integrated into the cabling.

Our aim was to come up with as discreet a system to wear as possible when "out and about" toghether with a high degree of noise cancellation. Our aim was to match the aesthetics of the slim form factor of IOS devices. The iPhone and iPad are attractive devices and we wanted to give our customers headset microphones with matching aesthetics. Of course, accuracy is equally important and we see excellent results with Siri and Dragon transcription with loud noise in the background and higher accuracy than with the iPhone alone in noisy places.

We believe that mobile speech recognition "on the go" is going to be growing as we're expected to be productive even when out of the office.

The prices quoted are inclusive of delivery within the UK. The price will be higher for other countries depending on shipping costs.
