I have followed the KnowBrainer "How to set up your Olympus DS-5000 Introduction"  but...

After selecting a file in the DS dictation module and clicking on voice recognition (the Dragon icon), this message appears: "An error occured during execution of command. Due to missing file, reading/writing, access authorization cannot be performed".

Another message also: "Error occured during execution of command and Command cannot be executed because this file is in voice recognition mode.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Lunis advised I ask for help on the Forum as he is moving.  I have not be able to use the recorder for voice to text since purchasing it about 2 months ago because of the above problems.

Can anybody help?  Thanks.

Our 1st recommendation would be to reboot. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling your DSS Player Pro software and if that doesn't work (assuming you purchased your DS-5000 from us), send us an e-mail outling the problem.
