using sony voice recorder, DNS 11 medical with senn ME3 , mp3 192 kb recordings, with almost 100% accuracy. I cant seem to get transcribed recordings to recognize commands for text macros. Any suggestions.  All other built in voice commands work flawlessly.

When you refer to “all other” voice commands, are you referring to the vocabulary commands like new paragraph or are you referring to actual commands that require a brief pause before and after deployment, like move to end of document?

Did you change your transcription options to the circled following?

If you already made this change and your commands are still not working, try increasing how long you pause before and after your commands, by about 2 seconds.

PS: Have you checked out the AutoTranscribe Folder Agent option yet? This utility will allow you to batch transcribe multiple recordings, completely hands-free, in the background while using your computer for something else or even while you eat lunch.
