This is the sequence I follow: After recording on the PX-312, I open Sony's "Sound Organizer" v1.2 software, then connect the recorder to the PC. Screen asks: "There are new files: do you want these imported on PC?" Yes; after selecting the Folder and File at the right-side the DNS icon at left is activated -it turns green from gray. I click on the icon, confirm "Start Voice Recognition". The s/w starts Dragon, on the Profile screen I choose the user I trained and used with the 1-in-3 Table Mike. A new screen asks "Transcribe ": DragonPad opens and the file is transcribed. I activate the microphone and correct in the regular manner, using the TableMike. Accuracy is good, the slider is all to the left. Eureka! Afterwards I noted that the user I selected for the transcription was not so accurate anymore with the mike, so I created a new one exclusively for the TableMike, but trained exactly as the other one. This recorder has 2GB memory plus card, plenty of media goodies, and 33 hours battery life with dictation, a Pause button, and costs me Cnd $55 .
