Chucker Top-Tier Member Posts: 9673 Joined: 10/10/2006	DrJ, DNS will transcribe in multiple recordings in batch. However, if it finds even one that it can't transcribe, it will halt the process with that error. As Lunis suggests, you need to find the one that will not transcribe, or make sure that the audio format is supported. Keep in mind that with DNS 10.1 Medical, DS2 is not supported directly as it is with DMPE 11.0. You have to use the Olympus software to convert it to either wav, MP3, or WMA before transcribing. I have and use the Olympus software with DNS 10.1 Medical, but I believe that it automatically performs the conversion by clicking on the Dragon option or Dragon button. Lunis can be more specific as far as what the current software does and how to do it.
