I can read the downloaded file as it is being transcribed but don't know where to find it so I can read it, make corrections and then print it out. I am not using a transcriptionist--I am it.

You have a couple of options:
Option #1: You can play the original recording from within the DSS Player Pro Module as follows: ![]() Option #2: If you use Microsoft Word or DragonPad, you have random-access to play back any portion or your entire recording from within your document by selecting the text you wish to play back and saying playback or by using the DNS playback hotkey. Also note that you can optionally save your recording with your document for future editing. The default play back hotkey is {Shift+Numkey-} but you can change the default hotkey to anything you like via the Dragon Medical Options hotkeys tab which you can open by saying Hotkeys Options. -------------------------

Thanks for your quick response. Can I just see the transcribed file text without having to listen to playback? without making corrections?

Absolutely. However, you have to transcribe your recording, by highlighting the filing and clicking the Dragon icon in the DSS Player module, before you can view the text.
