I increased Hytrin dose from 2 mg daily to 5 mg daily.   is usually transcribed 

I increased Hytrin dose from 2 mg daily 25 mg daily.

 

Any help appreciated.

What works for me it to create a vocabulary with "to" as the written form and "to article" (or whatever you prefer) as the spoken form. You then dictate, for example, "two miligrams daily to article five miligrams". You may have to do corrections the first few times you attempt to use it, but it should eventually stick.
