Good morning all,
This is a new problem for me. Prior to yesterday I was dictating fine in Notepad++. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, the cursor now moves up one line, into the middle of whatever is already there, and inserts my dictation.

This is frustrating, time-consuming, and more than a little disconcerting.

Has anyone else seen this problem before? Is this fixable?

This is happening on my work computer, using DPG 15, Windows 10.

Maritza

Have you done what is suggested here (at the bottom of this string): http://www.knowbrainer.com/forums/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=4&threadid=22100

Notepad++ is not fully select-and-say compatible in any event so these things can happen (I've seen it also with SciTE). I restart Dragon and the text editor and things usually clear up.

Good afternoon PG,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!

I tried restarting Notepad and Dragon and that did not help.

I did notice that I'm only having a problem in one particular Notepad++ file. All of the others allow for proper dictation placement. Any notion as to why I'm having a problem in just one file?

I did not try the suggestion offered in your link because I'm wholly dependent on Dragon and won't be able to try it out until I have someone who can manually implement the solution.

Thank you again!
