I never backed up this profile before and I'm very saddened that playing around with the auto transcribe folder agents seem to corrupt this profile. I do know that you have to turn one of these two things off before you use the other but that's not the problem.

Our apologies. We should've been more thorough on our last answer. You can usually switch to your backup user profile in this situation but you should also get into the habit of manually backing up your user profile about once a month; to an external address or the cloud. You only have an 80% chance that your backup user profile is intact and come to think of it, that's what we got away with. If you are unfamiliar with this profile, look up “switching” in the Quick Tips for additional details.
