Your previous LFH-3500 error may be connected to your Dragon error. Multiple errors point to another possible culprit such as Windows corruption (sometimes caused by a virus/malware or even a housekeeping utility).

Stephan,

In your case, this sounds like a different problem. 99% of the time, Dragon is not the culprit and you would be wasting your time reinstalling. It is far more likely that your user profile is corrupted. This is usually caused by end users shutting down the computer before Dragon has finished saving your user profile. By default, Dragon creates a backup user profile which is overwritten every 5 times you save your user profile. As you might imagine, this takes noticeably longer. Nuance clearly didn't test the automatic save user profile feature which #1 could save information you don't want and #2 can easily corrupt a user profile when exiting. That's why we defeated ours. The most likely solution is to switch to your backup user profile. You will find details on this procedure in the Quick Tips when you search for “switching” (as in switching to your backup user profile). We also offer our Premium Support option where we additionally eliminate those 3 dozen sand traps.
