At present I use DNS 7 PRO and was hoping to upgrade to 9 Pro so I went to their website and was shocked. First, If I had known what I saw last month I still do not know if I would have upgraded, as they were only offering DNS 9 Preferred for $99. Since I did not order then, I have missed the sale. I do not own a business, but am 100% disabled, how do I get 9 Pro without paying $800 dollars? Is 9 Preferred a good substitute? How does the New add-on to Knowbrainer work with 9 Preffered?

How do I change my password?

You do not have to purchase a full copy of Pro 9 because you are eligible for upgrade pricing which extends 2 versions back.  Our NaturallySpeaking Pro 9 Upgrade pricing is $290.

You can purchase Preferred 9 for a few dollars less but that would be like taking 2 steps forward and one step back.  You've already paid the big bucks for Pro 7 so we can't recommend downgrading at this point.
