Recently, DNS has become unusable for 1 reason or another. The latest is - I'm receiving this pop up error about the Push-to-talk error. I found what may be a similar situation in the DNS Forum's Quick Tips (option #2 on pg 21), but the solution link produces a 404 error (ooops). Then later on at an unknown frequency, I receive the "Com error" (2nd attachment). I've attached the log, after breaking it into 2 separate files because it was over the max 5MB. Any ideas? Thanks.

It is no longer necessary to convert your Dragon log to a text file before attaching.
The only error we ran into was NaturallySpeaking failing to install the Intuit Quick Book commands. We suspect you have a partially corrupted user profile but it may be too late to switch to your backup profile because a partially corrupted profile may continue to load but will eventually overwrite the backup user profile. -------------------------

so if my normal profile and backup are both corrupted, what would you suggest? Also, is there a definitive way to tell if in fact they are corrupted?

It's easy to tell if your user profile is corrupted. Just try opening it. If both your current and backup user profile are corrupted, you'll have to switch to a previous backup user profile or create a new user. If you have to create a new user, in all likelihood, you'll be able to copy your commands from your previous user but not the vocabulary. We cannot overstress the importance of manually making an additional monthly backup of your user profile. -------------------------
