1. Does it happen when you are typing? If yes, the problem may relate to Word's normal.dotx file. Close Word, find the file, and delete it. Word will recreate the file next time you launch. You will loose all custom commands you have added, and any key remappings you have done.
2. Check whether the DNS add-in for Word is installed. If no, enable it. If yes, disable it, close Word, launch Word, and re-enable it. 3. Create a new DNS profile from scratch, without training it. Test in Word. If the problem is fixed, open your old profile, export custom words and commands, open the new profile, and import your words and commands. Test again in Word. If everything is still working, ditch your old DNS profile. |
