I've been using Dragon Small Medical Practice 10.1 for the past 2 years with Word 2007. Yesterday it stopped transcribing in the document of Microsoft Word 2007. Commands work, using the dictation box works, it just will not directly put txt into the document without using the dictation box. Any thoughts?  Mike 

Did you remember to launch NaturallySpeaking before Microsoft Word? If that isn't the problem, there's a good chance that Microsoft Word simply disabled the NaturallySpeaking add-in. You will find a step-by-step on re-enabling the add-in when you look up “Microsoft” in the NaturallySpeaking Quick Tips (in the KnowBrainer Wikis section of the forum)
