To whom: First I must say I am surprised that the new format, but it seems to work well. Now to the topic; I would like to be able to finish at least solitaire without use of hands. On this computer I have Windows 7 with all kinds of RAM, which I added since I got Windows 7 and plenty of room. I use your program and actually enjoy it, but I cannot figure how to make commands, for some reason. ------------------------- How do I change my password? |

You might start by checking out the existing KnowBrainer solitaire commands but note that they were written in the mid-90s.

Many (but not all) Solitaire games can be driven entirely be keyboard. Learn these keystrokes, and you may not need to do any scripting. And if you do, it would be a great first project.
For example, in the Solitaire game I play, "h" provides a hint, "d" deals a card, "spacebar" picks up (selects) a card, left and right arrow keys move the selected card, "spacebar" drops the selected card, and so on. So in theory, I could play my favourite Solitaire came by saying, for example: Press letter delta // (deal) Move right 5 // (This is a built in DNS command) Press spacebar // (pick up the card) Press End key // (move to the bottom of the column) Press spacebar // (drop the card) Scripting would be a matter of assigning command names to key presses using "Step-by-Step" in the Command Browser. For example a command called "Deal a card" would send "D." |
