I am using DMPE 11. Today, when I tried opening my user profile Dragon message alert came up "The user profile you have selected cannot be accessed. This could be because you do not have sufficient privileges to use it or because it is currently being accessed by another program." I am the Administrator so I have privileges. This has not happened to me before. I had to create another User Profile today to use Dragon. I could not even delete that user profile, same message came up. (User profile can be seen in C Any insights and help appreciated. James Pace Clayton, M.D. |

Have you tried doing a full shutdown vs. a restart. There are circumstances under which simply doing a restart won't work, but completely shutting down your system (i.e., turning it completely off) via what is called a cold boot vs. a warm boot sometimes solves the problem. -------------------------
