I created some global text commands (for the first time) in DNS 11.5 Legal; they are simple text blocks for use as signature blocks in pleadings.  The commands execute in DragonPad and also in WordPad, but will not execute in WordPerfect; the floating window shows the words used in the command, so the spoken command is being recognized.  Nuance tech support suggested holding down the control key while speaking the command, which did not solve the problem.  They referred me to a KB article with instructions for running a routine to register DNS with WordPerfect, which I ran to no avail.  Does anyone have a solution for this?

Thanks!

John

Welcome to the World’s Most Popular Speech Recognition Forum

Holding down the {Ctrl} Key only forces NaturallySpeaking temporarily into command mode. It won't help the situation because something in WordPerfect is preventing your keystroke macro from deploying. Hopefully it's something simple like a WordPerfect add-in that needs to be disabled. Unfortunately we don't have a solution to the root cause but we can offer you a workaround:

Simply convert your boilerplate text commands into Advanced Scripting commands via the following:
