I upgraded from DNS 10 for Small Med Practice to DNS 11 for Small Practice a few months ago. Now it won't launch and I get an error message telling me to reinstall DNS 11. When I look at my C: drive which is an SSD to boot up Windows and run DNS. I have a D: drive which contains an image and I keep everything else (as much as possible) on a separate E: drive. When I look at my C: Drive I see it contains both versions of DNS on it. Is there any reason I need to keep DNS 10 on it, does my DNS 11 use any of the files from DNS 10 or when I uninstall DNS 11, can I uninstall DNS 10 and not reinstall it to free up space on my C: drive. The manufacturer of my computer tells me the SSD drive will perform better if I keep it less than 50% full. To summarize I really have two questions (1) Can I discard DNS 10 and not effect DNS 11 when I reinstall it? (2) Is it true that keeping my SSD less than 50% full advantageous? Thanks for any advice you can give me.
