My USB Parrott Microphone XVI works in Windows Sound Recorder but not in DNS General Training; on clicking the Go button, an arrow appears next to "Welcome to General Training," but nothing then happens.  

"AK5370" appears as the Default device under Sound Recording in Windows Sounds and Audio Devices dialog box.  

Speaker Volume sliders are all the way to the right in the Speaker Volume window and all the way to the top in the Volume Control window.

 This same microphone passed the Sound Check with a 23.

 Microphone, Rear MIC and Line In are all checked in Properties.

 Any suggestions would be appreciated.
