This is probably a simple-minded question, but how do you rename a user profile? I can't find a way to do it in Dragon. Is it safe to just rename the file itself?

On the DragonBar click profile then click manage user profile and then click rename. Just make sure that when you click rename the profile you want to rename is what is highlighted |

No worries. If you're not sure to look for it is something that is very easy to miss.
