A need to reinstall DNS Pro 11.0 message occurred. Uninstalled 11.0, attempt to re-install 11.0 led to this message. Now do not have the program loaded, error message is stopping the re-install. Any ideas on how to deal with this problem? I can only assume that the tutorial would be a normal component of the program on CD and verification is a task that I cannot perform. Help please!

2 recommendations:
1. Uninstall NaturallySpeaking if you haven't already done so to preserve an activation. Run DNS11 Remover to remove every trace of NaturallySpeaking from your system. A partial installation may be preventing you from installing. 2. Instead of installing Ver. 11.0, you might consider installing a full copy of Ver. 11.5 which is easier than to applying the service release patch. If your disk just doesn't say 11.5, you can obtain it by clicking Backup DVD -------------------------

I have tried the DNS Remover, and still get the same message - 1311.
I do not know how to proceed. ------------------------- 11.0 New Version #1 |

Problem:
You'll find error “1311” in the NaturallySpeaking Quick Tips (at the top of this page). It refers to a read cab error which usually means that you're DVD drive isn't fast enough to keep up with the NaturallySpeaking installation. Solution: 1. Create a new empty desktop folder. The name is not important. 2. Copy the contents of your DVD to the desktop folder. Note that if there are no read errors, you can be assured that your DVD isn't smudged or damaged but the process can easily take 15 - 20 minutes. 3. After you have successfully copied the contents of your DVD to the desktop folder, double-click setup (with the green flame icon) to install NaturallySpeaking from within the desktop folder. The process should be considerably faster than the time it took to copy the contents of the DVD. Recommendation: We recommend installing Ver. 11.5 rather than Ver. 11.0. -------------------------
