I thought I had upgraded to DNS 11.5 some time age (the About DNS does indicate that it is installed).  However if I check for updates I am prompted to do the upgrade.  The install procedure seems to begin until the above error message pops up.  This may be unrelated but during dictation the dragon pad stopped responding--the only way to recover the dictation was PrintScreen!

We can't explain why but the answer is simple. Stop looking for upgrades. You already have the latest version of DNS and it is unlikely that there will be another service release patch until Ver. 12.
