Newbie to Dragon 11.50 premium question.

There are certain phrases that are improperly capitalized, e.g. monitor Wells.  If I say "monitor well" the well is not capitalized.  How do I fix this?

Also, I trained it for "bls" but it types BLS.  Again, how do I fix?

Thanks

Jepalmer,

There are several ways to do this.  Here are just a few.  Others may chime in with other ways to do it.

Taking your example monitor Wells.  You could say "monitor-no-cap-wells" if you want the phrase or utterance non-capitalised as so - monitor wells.

Or you could say "monitor-cap-Well" to get the phrase shown as monitor Well.

If any part of the phrase or word comes out spelt incorrectly, highlight the phrase or word you want to correct.

To do this say, "Correct <phrase or word you want to correct>" and say "Spell That."  Then you can spell the phrase or word exactly how it should be and train it if you like.

You could also use the Vocabulary Editor to make it more permanent if you wish.  The link below is quite useful in explaining how to do this with other options.

Thank you.  I went into Vocabulary Editor and there was a "Wells" and "wells" there.  I deleted the former and solved the problem.
