I don't think there is any way for Dragon to do this, but here goes...

I have a word "int" that I never want capitalized.

I realize I can say No-Cap int, but this doesn't seem to work well with Vocola's <anything> commands.

Any ideas? (or am I completely out of luck )

Although the 1st letter of int would automatically be capitalized, if it appeared at the beginning of a sentence, you should be able to control its behavior in other situations by adding int to the Vocabulary Editor's Written Form and something else to the Spoken Form such as I an tea. Have you tried that approach?
