I have a friend that is a quad and has very limited use of his hands.  Anyway I am trying to get it so that he has some use of the internet and computer.  I am not around very much so I can't help him when he is having troubles.  He seems to think that the word recognition has gotten worse since he started instead of getting better.  Should we delete his voice files and start over?

I would suggest running the Audio Test first before creating a new user file.

Stu’s recommendation to rerun the Audio Setup Wizard is also our first recommendation but you might want to additionally press the Play button in the last stage of the Audio Setup Wizard to listen for any possible interference.
