The first issue is probably Vista-related. I used to have this problem when starting the Windows Office 2007 apps. Sometimes, when VoicePower Ultimate is started for the first time, there's an inordinate delay, followed by an Windows Explorer issues which requires restarting Windows Explorer. Then, the second time VP is run, it loads up fine.
The second issue happened only once so far, about 10 minutes ago. There was an error dialog when loading KnowBrainer: Run-time error '-2147024809 (80070057)': Invalid argument passed to method.
However, after running KnowBrainer again immediately after click OK, it loaded fine.
None of these are show-stoppers, just FYIs.

We suspect this may be a Windows update error and have run into this issue on a few occasions but after re-launching KnowBrainer, we experienced no more issues.
