Latest KnowBrainer 2006 + UniVoice release posted yet? Estimated time of arrival?

One it is posted, do we export words and commands from our present installation, then delete the KnowBrainer 2006 folder we have, then reinstall the new version - importing words and commands from our previous installation?

I guess we plug in the same serial number we used on our original download...

It would be helpful to also have a list of corrections, additions, deletions to the program in pdf format posted "in your spare time" and considering how many hours you work helping all of us out, I don't know when that would be!

The answer is yes to all of your questions but if you have created any commands within KnowBrainer, you shouldn't delete the KnowBrainer folder.
 
Actually, it isn't necessary to delete the KnowBrainer folder but when you are prompted to sync say NO, unless you have created/edited commands that you wish to preserve.

The UniVoice specialty vocabularies have been tweaked to add additional support for medical and legal usage.  This is the main reason why there is a new version of UniVoice.

Have you tried downloading from the website KB2006UVPsetup.zip?  It looks like it is going to take a long time.

Yes, it is a big download but sometimes good things come in big packages ;-).  If you have too much trouble with the download, contact us for CD media.

Lunis,

Does this mean that UniVoice 9.1 is compatible with DNS Medical, the last post regarding this was towards the end of November and at that time it was still being developed.

We've actually had the medical version of UniVoice ready for a couple weeks but we didn't want to confuse everyone by uploading 2 major software releases within a two-week period so we waited for KnowBrainer 2006 REV D and uploaded everything at the same time.  The latest version of UniVoice is ready for download and will work with your current serial #.
