I am trying out UniVoice with DNS10-Preferred.  Questions:

1. When installing UV it takes you through the normal steps but stops short of taking you to General Training as you normally would (at first I thought this was a defect, but reading the Forum indicates it is assumed you do not need to go thru General Training).  Is this true?  Why wouldn't you take the 10-15 minutes it takes to have it know your voice thru General Training (which you can do by going to the Accuracy Center)?  Isn't it likely doing General Training would increase accuracy at least a little?  What is there to lose (other than the 10-15 minutes)?

2. My DNS/UV will be used by more than one person at a location.  How does an additional user set up an additional User File for themselves?

                                Welcome to the KnowBrainer Forums

 1. You are not supposed to go through general training because UniVoice is a pretrained non-gender specific user profile. You could certainly go through an extended training but it isn't necessary.

2. Because your user profile will be used by more than one person, that is one good reason not to train UniVoice.
