I'm trying to figure out if I should continue using UniVoice.  I installed it with KnowBrainer two days ago. My accuracy in DNS 10 Preferred is noticeably lower than it was with my previous user profile that had minimal training. This leads me to two questions:

1.  Should I perform general training with the UniVoice profile or will this only make matters worse as I have read on this forum that general training is not recommended when using Univoice (from a 2006 post)?

2. UniVoice installed with the "large vocabulary" and my previous profile used the medium 50,000 word vocabulary.  How can I change UniVoice to use the medium vocabulary?  I know this has been answered already but I cannot find it by searching this morning.

I appreciate everyone's help!

UniVoice may simply not be for you. It doesn't increase everyone's accuracy or even work ideally for everyone. It has about a 92% success rate and if you find you have less accuracy than please contact us for a full refund. We will also be glad to send you our 50,000 word vocabulary but we haven't noted much accuracy improvement, other than a much smaller user profile, in DNS 10 when utilizing the 50,000 word vocabulary. We are using the 50,000 word vocabulary, in UniVoice, because we found it to be a little faster and a little more accurate.
