Ok. Now I'm really confused. I just read a post (http://www.knowbrainer.com/PubForum/index.cfm?page=viewForumTopic&topicId=4462&listFull#68E9754B-3048-5991-CECA3F7FEEC71861thread18911 <http://www.knowbrainer.com/PubForum/index.cfm?page=viewForumTopic&topicId=4462&listFull>, and according to Chucker, Univoice works better for the average user and not as well for the professional dictator  ("
The basic difference is that UniVoice is likely to work better for the average user and the DNS speaker independent Acoustic Model is likely to work well for professional end-users.".

Well, I am definitely an average dictator, as I is suspect most people are. Does that mean that I would get better accuracy using Univoice instead of my regular Dragon profile? Would that be better for me in the long run? Or should I continue on with my regular profile even though I'm not a professional dictator. I'm really unsure over which profile I should use because I've been reading conflicting answers about this.

What we have found is that UniVoice seems to work better for the average person but not so well for physicians and lawyers.  However, there is no risk because the software is downloadable and includes a 30 day 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and no restock fees.

Many end-users; especially new users, find UniVoice to be more accurate than their trained user profile but this is why we include a customer satisfaction guarantee.
