Greetings group, I'm typing this message I installed a fujitsu scanner to get my reports into my emr and had some issues. Had to do a system restore, ...., you know the results. I'm looking to salvage my user files from the instructions in "Quicktips" on this site but I cannot locate the PDF file. Second I have 9.0 pro and I am approaching this install with great trepidation after perusing the feedback. I would like some help regarding: 1. Switching to backup user files and 2. Is installing 9.0 too risky. I fly with 8.1
