Running Windows 64 with 28g memory on a m-tech laptop. DNS 11.1  Legal. Can no longer run kb2011. Constantly get "run-time error '5':" Used to run. Have uninstalled and reinstalled kb 2011 several time without success. DNS will load and run but without kb2011. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I am having a similar problem, getting "Run-Time error 75: party/file access error” periodically, which freezes KnowBrainer.  Dragon continues to work.

I'm running Legal 11.5, KnowBrainer 2011C, under windows 7 32 bit, on a dell destop with an intel core2 duo chip, with 4G memory, in a networked office with lots of security protocols.

KnowBrainer Error 75 is a known address issue. This error will present itself if you do not install KnowBrainer onto Drive C or if you are using a different drive for your OS. KnowBrainer will not run correctly if it is not installed in Drive C.

Unfortunately we have no information on Error 5 other than to say that we haven't come across it before which means that there is probably something very unique with Advocates’ computer. Unfortunately, we can't get any closer than that.
