My PC recently caught virus, and had to be wiped & reinstalled (WinXP). My previous Dragon installation (Ver9.51 Preferred) had already been additionally loaded with the KB medical vocabulary. I had backed up user files prior to wipe, and am now ready to reinstall user files. Question is whether my user files already contain my previously installed KB medical vocabulary, or whether , after restoring user files, I would then have to additionally add the KB vocabulary. Your backup user file should already include the KnowBrainer Medical vocabularies because this is how the installation procedure works.
