Hi,

Assuming that a user has DNS 11.x, the most recent version of VoicePower, KnowBrainer 2010, and a Boom USB microphone - should we complete drop the UniVoice10Pref profile?  

Should we just re-train and work with the standard USB Boom profile?

UniVoice 11 was never developed because Nuance more or less reverse engineered it into NaturallySpeaking 11.
