I have several physiscians in the office who are using dragon V8 medical, and doing very well with it.  I'm trying to upgrade them to V9 Pro with KB2006 medical vocabs.  Everything installs ok and the medical vocab is in there.  But when they go to dictate it never chooses the medical vocabularies first.  it will always choose another set of words.  Has anyone else had this trouble before?  If so what do I do about it?   Thanks for any help you guys can give.

Try the following one-time only:

1.  Launch NaturallySpeaking without KnowBrainer

2.  Choose the appropriate user and vocabulary

3.  Launch KnowBrainer

After you close NaturallySpeaking and KnowBrainer at the end of the session, use KnowBrainer to launch NaturallySpeaking.  After KnowBrainer finishes launching, it will automatically launch NaturallySpeaking and choose the last user profile & vocabulary.

I tried the way you said to in the reply.  It still doesn't choose medical terms first.  It knows that all of the medical words are there.  When You select and spell the medical words show up when you start to spell it out.  So I know they are in there.  It still doesn't explain why it won't choose them first.  Should we just go to the medical version instead of Pro?  Or is there another work around.  We never had this problem when we were on Medical Version 8.  Please help
