In addition to Lunis' sage advice, there are a couple of things to consider.

First, the best way to dictate alpha numeric characters, particularly if you're going to dictate a long string based on uppercase/lowercase letters & numbers is to use spell mode. Yes, it's kind of a pain in the butt to have to switch from normal mode to spell mode and then back again, but it's the only effective way to do this.

Second, the direct in-line spell command is a tad tricky and difficult to use because you cannot pause while you are spelling or it will drop out of this hybrid spell mode. It is useful for dictating short strings of characters. For example, I dictated your name above using this approach. However, for long strings of alphanumeric characters particularly when you're changing case or switching between letters and numbers, this is not a recommended approach.

In addition, upgrading from DNS 11.5 Premium to DNS 11.5 Pro might get you the ability to create separate vocabularies for this purpose, but it's not particularly viable and definitely not worth the cost. I wouldn't recommend it since you already have the capability to do what you want to do without upgrading. In other words, it makes no sense to buy a sledgehammer to hammer half inch nails.
