When I say << Click NaturallySpeaking >> hoping that Dragon will click the link to the forum, Dragon instead decides to switch to the Dragon bar and click Naturally Speaking on it. Click NaturallySpeaking or just NaturallySpeaking are hardcoded DNS commands that are designed to grab the appropriate menu on the NaturallySpeaking DragonBar (no matter what application you're cursor is in). Note that the same command is Click Dragon or just Dragon in DNS Medical. There is nothing you can do about this other than the workaround you pointed out.
