Have you ever considered using Camtasia studio to do small training scenarios?

and post them on your server.

This would be most beneficial to new users who aren't accustomed to the knowbrainer software  examples could be

doing simple Scripps

Bookmarks within templates and boilerplates ,with, voice command to select from the pop-ups list,

How to get the most from no-brainer with regards to accuracy, and correction of words.

it's just a thought, I know you have the manual, but I am somewhat slow learner,

but there again , it's good to have a struggle session, that's how you remember things, I'm just trying to save your sanity, you must get asked the same questions, time in time out, by new users,

I'll even be happy to pay a small fee to view them.

What do you think?

We used to do that but unfortunately it's a matter of not having enough time.
