The last three times I have accessed the KnowBrainer Forum I have had to sign in. Placing a check mark in "Always keep me logged in" does not seem to work any more. Does anyone else have this problem? Dana: What are you doing after you login whereby you need to login again? Are you closing your browser between those steps? If so, it is possible that you have browser settings that cause your browser to remove cookies, passwords, and so forth. ------------------------- DNS Pro 12 (32-bit), KnowBrainer 2012, VoicePower, Intel i7-3770K (Ivy Bridge) 8MB L3 cache 3.5-3.9GHz, 16 GB RAM DDR3 1600MHz, 240 GB SSD and 1TB HD, Windows 7 (64-bit), Airline 77 mic (Laptop: Lenovo X61t, Intel L7700 @ 1.80 GHz 4 MB L2 cache, 3 GB RAM, Windows 7) |

Nothing has changed for our use of a cookie in your browser that remembers your session information. However, I've seen this issue occur before with other Websites (my neighbor's just had the same issue with Yahoo Mail not 'remembering' their user session info). The only fix I've found in these cases is to delete the cookies that the browser is storing and then close all browser windows. Then, when you visit the site again, login and select the option for the site to remember you, it will store the cookie again and you should be all set.

I am using Firefox 3.0.11 - same as always. All cookies are set to save until they expire - with no exceptions. Have used same browser for 5 years..... Yes - I close my browser, then go back in, but it's the same that I have been doing for the past 5 years with no problems..... Marc - I will try your suggestions and let you know how I do. What is the URL/cookie name? I use ccleaner - and it's possible that it needs to be listed as one not to delete. But - I've used ccleaner for years, too. Dana - Glad to help. I've had to do that with my browser occasionally on some sites.
