I need to update my profile to having Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 Preferred. if I click on my username a 'Logged in as'and then click the link to edit my profile,I get a message that says I can't edit my profile without administration rights.

You should be able to make changes to your user profile, on this website, by clicking My Options followed by Personal Info but for the time being, we have updated your user profile to display Preferred 10.
