It is something I just discovered while looking at this topic here, with a screenshot wide enough to make it happen, or rather not happen, when resizing the browser window below the width of the picture:

Well, it's past the point where we can make any changes in the code, but we can still make changes to the Easter Egg!

Hi, Are you talking about the vertical scroll bar to the right? When I resize this window the scroll bar on the right is present and is also present in the link window. I am viewing in Google Chrome.

Regards,

Chris

Oops, thank you for catching that blunder.

It should have said "horizontal scroll bar" of course. I will try and correct it now...

Yes, the horizontal scroll bar appears to be missing on resizing of the window in both Chrome and Firefox.

The horizontal scroll bar was added today and should appear automatically when the posting exceeds the browser widow width.

Oh, please don't tell us that we have a browser widow. Anything happened to IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, you name it?

I can't believe that spell checkers haven't learned to correct and replace what I type with what I actually meant to say. Dang it. As it is, it turns out I had to disable this change as the styles used for rending the posting views is used elsewhere (e.g. the profile page) and the width change screwed up the rendering of those pages. I'll have to code a solution that works just for the thread/posting view area where it is needed.
