Ive been able to update my profile, except my Username. Any idea why?

Did you try the following approach?

The change your profile, click My Options (to the immediate right of the Recent Topics menu on this site), followed by clicking Personal Info. If that doesn't work, send us your information and we will make those changes for you.

Updating the info under Personal Info works fine. But Username doesn't appear under Personal Info. Username appears under Contact Information. When I try to update my Username from “Russell Drazin” to “Russell,” and then click the Update button, the Username isn't updated.

Would you please update my Username for me?

It looks like the reason you couldn't change your name to Russell is because that name is already in use but Marc, our webmaster, came up with a compromise.

Perhaps I am going blind, but I cannot find "my options."  I am needing to update my profile but can't because it will not accept my current username.  Can you reset my username to Gabbertd?
