Lunis, have you decided to go back to the former system of providing live support on your forum? I couldn't say that I would really miss the intermediate solution then.

We are teaming up with a new Canadian startup called SITC which is launching www.KnowBrainer.ca. While they construct their website, we've been loaning them our website to run their Live Chat on while they set up their team but it is designed for sales questions rather than technical support. Although their version of the Live Chat is still on the rest of our website, we removed it from the forum because we didn't feel that the forum members would appreciate the pop-ups and it kind of defeats the purpose of a forum if you're pushing Live Support. We've gone back to the old Live Chat system because we felt it was less obtrusive and our website was basically just on loan to KnowBrainer.ca. As of this Monday, they should be up and running on their own and we are planning on removing their Live Chat from the rest of our website.
