Laboriously <grin>! First you need to learn the Keyboard Shortcuts which which drive Excel. Here's a good starting point:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/office/keyboard-shortcuts-in-excel-1798d9d5-842a-42b8-9c99-9b7213f0040f?ui=en-us&rs=en-ie&ad=ie

Currently, you may not change Excel’s keyboard shortcuts and many of its features do not have any shortcuts. Get familiar with using Dragon’s Excel-specific commands to move around in your spreadsheet. I found it best to set one of Excel’s Options such that you need to press F2 when a cell is selected in order to edit it. That way your scripts have known status - the cell is not open for editing unless your Dragon scripts sends the keyboard shortcut to explicitly open it.

The next thing you need to do is write a script which places the focus in the "Formula Bar". After the script places the focus in the "Formula Bar" the script can use SendKeys, SendSystemKeys or SendDragonKeys (whichever works best for you) to send a complex formula to the formula bar. Writing code to create said complex formula could be interesting.
