If I am looking at a page with more than one drop-down list, what is the command for advancing to the next list? I know how to advance to the next item with in the list, but how do I advance to the next list itself found on the same page?

We can't be certain but this sounds like a simple tab command. You should be able to use your NaturallySpeaking native press tab command or optionally use your KnowBrainer Tab or Tab 1 command.
